This Highfield accredited course provides participants with the knowledge, understanding and skills in first aid in order to enable them to work safely, effectively and efficiently in the workplace this includes CPR, managing an unconscious casualty, assisting a casualty who is choking and wound management.听
Delivery Method: Face-to-face session
Learning Hours: 1 day (7 hours of learning)
Prerequisites: Participants must be able to kneel on the floor and complete several cycles of CPR using a manakin.

This qualification is aimed at nominated first aiders in the workplace and will suit听a variety of听different needs.
The assessment for this course includes a听15 question听multiple choice assessment to be completed at the end of the training in addition听to practical demonstration assessments throughout the day.
Upon completion you will gain a听Level 3 Award in Emergency First Aid in听the听Workplace.听This is qualification is听required听in order听to听be a first aider听at work.听
