Back in 2021, learner Lois Denatale began a placement with Caerphilly-based business Sauce (previously Print Sauce). Lois was a driven teenager eager to get experience in the workplace while working towards her Business Administration apprenticeship. Fast forward four years and Lois is still going strong at the South Wales signage company – now a highly-skilled and experienced member of the team.听

Lois initially discovered the opportunity through her 口交颜射 assessor, Michelle Marshall.听

鈥淚 was on placement when I found out there might be an apprenticeship opportunity with Sauce,鈥� Lois explained previously. 鈥淭he role appealed to me because it was very varied and no two days were the same. The apprenticeship let me start without experience and learn on the job.鈥�听

听Sauce is known for producing bespoke signage and vehicle graphics for a range of big-name clients including Warner Bros, Cardiff University, Cardiff Met, the University of South Wales, and Monmouthshire Council.听听

While there were some initial uncertainties about offering placements to young workers, it was always something Gary Bagstaff, the company鈥檚 director, was eager to try.听

鈥淚 grew up in Caerphilly and so supporting the local community has always been important to me,鈥� Gary said. 鈥淔or us to be able to give a young person from the town an opportunity makes me feel proud 鈥� it’s also good for the business.听

鈥淏efore we got in touch with 口交颜射, I was a little daunted about what was involved in taking on an apprentice or a young learner. It wasn鈥檛 something I knew anything about, but once I spoke to 口交颜射 it was really straightforward. They came out to see us and the process was simple from day one. I鈥檇 recommend it to any business.鈥�听

Over the years, Lois has taken on increasing responsibility within the team and, despite now completing her studies, continues to find enjoyment and new skills within the work.听

鈥淢y initial placement has now evolved into a full-time job. It鈥檚 brilliant working here, it鈥檚 a really fun job to do.

鈥淭he placement helped me to develop my communication skills and make me feel more confident in speaking with customers,鈥� she added. 鈥淓veryone helped me feel valued and part of the team.鈥�听
